Value in health advises decision-makers at all levels in the health system in Saudi Arabia on the topic of value-based healthcare. We provide evidence and insights on issues including health policy in complex systems, value measurement, funding and finance, patient engagement, health improvement science and healthcare futures. Our analysts apply their research and consulting skills to analyse policy questions and communicate evidence-based recommendations.
Skills and expertise
Policy positions require strong research and analytic skills, experience in policymaking processes in similar contexts, and a firm understanding of issues in healthcare policy in Saudi Arabia. Value in health seeks candidates with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to operate successfully in a team-based environment and who share the Center’s core values of collaboration, curiosity and openness.
Education requirements
Masters in public health, health policy, economics or a related field.

Up-to-date and reliable insight, research and evidence underpin the entirety of Value in health’s work. Our Knowledge Services team provides health policy and sciences information services in support of our policy advisory work and the needs of key external stakeholders. This role partners with research staff on various projects to deliver insight, research and consulting services. Activities include conducting literature research and compiling reading lists using multiple research resources and databases.
Skills and expertise
This role requires the ability to conduct research activities, including database searches, reviewing academic and grey literature and managing citations. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required, as well as a commitment to the Center’s core values of collaboration, curiosity and openness.
Education requirements
Masters in information science or equivalent experience. Background in the healthcare subject area would be beneficial.
